Senior Positions Benefits
Entitlements and conditions:
- During the first 90 days of probation period, candidate will be accommodated in a suitable accommodation at Kahramaa's cost only for the room. Candidate will be responsible of other expenses of food, laundry, ….
- One time furniture grant of QR.40000 (for married status) or QR.20000 (for bachelor status) will be paid to the candidate after probation period. This will be depreciated over four years.
- After four years, QR.5000 will be paid to the candidate every year as repairs and maintenance allowance.
- Candidate will be entitled to 37 working days leave every year.
- Candidate will be entitled to two-way tickets every year (Doha- Country of Origin-Doha) including his wife and up to four kids not more than 18 years old.
- Interest-free car loan of five times of monthly basic salary or QR.45000 whichever is higher, payable in 48 equal monthly installments.
- Telephone Allowance Q.R. 500 yearly.
- Free medical services at government and selected private hospitals in Qatar
- End of Service Benefits equivalent of one month basic salary per year of service.
- Shipment of household items: Upon arrival and departure from Qatar, candidate will be compensated for the air freight of household's items an amount in cash equivalent to 350 kgs. for employee, 350 kgs. for his wife/husband and 20 kgs. per eligible child up to four (4) kids substantiated by receipts to assist candidate towards the costs of unaccompanied air freight and other related expenses and according to the original bill.
- Education allowance.
Employment in Kahramaa will be subject to the following conditions:
1 - Submission of authenticated certificates of education/degree and work experience
2 - Obtaining work visa approval
3 - Passing pre-employment medical tests

Junior Positions Benefits

- Candidate will be entitled to 25 working days leave every year
- Candidate will be entitled to two-way tickets every year (Doha- Point of Origin-Doha) including his wife and up to four kids not more than 18 years old.
- Free medical services at government and selected private hospitals in Qatar
- Upon arrival and departure from Qatar, candidate will be compensated for the air freight of household's items an amount in cash equivalent to 200 kg. for employee, 200 kg. for his wife and 15 kg per eligible child up to four kids substantiated by receipts to assist candidate towards the costs of unaccompanied air freight and other related expenses and according to the original bill.
- End of Service Benefits equivalent of one month basic salary per year of service.
- Education allowance.
