Analyze product quality incident data to identify patterns, pareto and trend to
prioritize for improvement
Facilitate systematic technical problem solving using various toolkits like process
mapping, 3x5 whys, 8D methodology, fault tree analysis FMEA etc.
Work with cross functional team to resolve product quality issues.
Manage 8D request from customer & support sales team in customer interfacing
on product quality matters.
Drives quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects for new and
Ensure quality of new product transfer and introduction to manufacturing
Utilizes product and process lessons learned to drive preventative actions and
Develops and deploys relevant quality tools and processes across the

Works with multiple international sites for best practice benchmarking &
