Role

Request quotation(s) from qualified Asian supplier(s) for the Company's Business Unit(s)
handler product(s)

Drive quotation(s) negotiation with qualified Asian supplier(s) to meet the Company's Business
Unit(s) target price(s)

Provide quotation(s) summary for final decision making to COHU Business Unit(s) and
initiate conference call for decision and alignment

Provide transfer schedule & status update to Business Unit(s) timely

Issue Quantity Contract or Purchaser Order for First Article purpose

Drive First Article Inspection (FAI) with support from MY or BU FAI team

Support Project material readiness if the product(s) is not transferred to manufacturing

To create 1 st Pull Flow contract if needed for mass production

Insure contract(s) material readiness for all contract(s) on non-transfer
red product(s)

Handle any ad hoc task(s) assigned by superior

Qualifications Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years experiences in sourcing or at least 5 years in an
outsourcing model with capital equipment desired (Fresh graduate is also welcomed)

Skills/Technical Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point,
Microsoft Word and ability to read drawing. Experience with Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) System is an advantage. Strong negotiation and analytical skills
required. Must be capable of converting data into information that can be utilized to
make key decisions. Ability to work collaboratively as a cross-functional team members
with Engineering
