Achieve Zero Defects; full compliance with customer requirements


Built-in quality into manufacturing process; achieve process stability and
manuflexibility


Establish manufacturing Assembly MPI and Final Test MTI; full deployment of
precise work instructions using quantifiable scientific measureables for all products.


Execute continuous manufacturing process improvement in achieving customer
satisfaction; kaizen culture


Establish manufacturing Assembly and Final Test standard process time; optimize
machine floor time using Lean Manufacturing Concept.


Achieve new products transfer processes readiness according to plan; meeting KPI’s
OTD target.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes, methodologies, system, jig/tools,


measurement instruments to achieve overall process and product efficiency.


Generate, review and update overall manufacturing assembly/ final test processes
including work instructions and procedures periodically to ensure high process
reliability and safety compliance.


Perform process analysis, troubleshooting and process control improvement to
achieve Zero Defect.


Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to ensure effective control and
implementation in manufacturing .


Provide technical solution supports to project management teams and overall
manufacturing teams to achieve OTD.


Align with QA for internal and external process audit to ensure Zero Deviation and 8D
report for preventive action to customer.


Lead new product transfer to ensure process, working instructions, procedures, tools,
measurement instrument, manufacturing technical know-how and documents
readiness to ensure successful start-up.


Provide technical training to develop a core manufacturing operating staff in
advanced skill level to attain manufacturing flexibility.


Provide technical support to customers on site if necessary to achieve customer
satisfaction.


Support other adhoc assignments according to business requirements.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Process of Equipment Manufacturing industry or 2
years in semiconductor Process Engineering or Test Engineering.


Education: Minimum requirement with Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
/Manufacturing Engineering.


Skills/Technical Requirements:
- Strong computer literate and good oral/written communication in English


- Good interpersonal skills and a team player to work cohesively with manufacturing teams.


- Experience in manufacturing process control plan and with basic statistical
background


- Excellent problem solving skills ( 8D/Six Sigma/PFMEA)
